spring 2026 Club info

Registration for all Spring 2026 clubs will be open from January 2nd-January 25. Check out the schedule and information below and decide which clubs your student would like to attend so you can be prepared to register! All clubs will begin the week of January 26.

After-School Clubs

After school clubs give WB students a chance for enrichment and fun activities, and they give parents an option for after-school care. Here’s what you need to know. Please note after-school clubs are not run by or affiliated with the PTO or Waverly Belmont Elementary School. We share the information about them here as a courtesy to families. See general schedule below, and click on each flyer for more details.

  • Clubs are offered at WB’s campus right after dismissal. Students taking part will be dismissed directly to their clubs.

  • Most clubs are offered just one day a week. You can take part in multiple clubs on different days.

  • Each club has a separate registration process. Links to all of them are below.

  • Send all registrations directly to the club organizer. Do not send registration to the PTO or the school. (The PTO is not allowed, by MNPS rules, to facilitate or help oversee clubs, so we just share the messaging from clubs.)

  • Club organizers will tell you how to pay at registration.

  • Some limited scholarships are available.

  • When a club is over, you can either pick up your child or they can go to Fun Company, but you must register separately for Fun Company. If your child is not part of Fun Company, you need to pick them up when the club ends.

  • Please tell your child’s teacher which days your child has clubs so they can be sent to the appropriate dismissal location.

FAQ

Do I need to pick my child up after school and take them to the club?
No. Your child will be dismissed to the club at the end of school.

Where do I register and who do I pay?
Each club will have a separate registration and instructions for payment. You should not pay the school or PTO for after-school clubs. 

What is the size limit and age range?
Each club will have different age ranges and capacity. This information will be communicated by the club organizers. 

How does my child get back to Fun Company after clubs?
Please inform the club organizer that your child should attend Fun Company after club dismissal and a representative from the club will walk your child to Fun Company. You must register separately for Fun Company. If your child is not part of Fun Company, you will need to pick them up when the club ends.

Are there scholarships or financial aid?
Please contact the club organizer if you have questions about financial aid.
